ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
PLEASE READ (OR PRINT OUT)

Design & art work.....Your design is duplicated in Cloisonn�, Printed and/or Enamel. Submit your design, a rough-sketch, logo, letterhead or existing piece to be duplicated. (All types are acceptable) All designs are copyrighted ( �) by us, for your protection. No one can use your design.

    A $50.00 deposit is required for us to produce an art drawing.   This amount will be applied to your deposit when your order is placed.

   In the event that we do not make your pin or other items, you agree that you will not use our design made for you without our written permission. The cost of using our copyrighted design is $250.00 to cover time, art work and other material cost and supplies. You are free to design another pin, but not one similar in design and context to the design we did for you.

Delivery....6-8 weeks. (sometimes less, sometime more) from receipt of your deposit , as stated below.

Die charges...See die charge column above. No die charge on re-orders of the same pin. A different die and an additional die charge must be used for each pin size even if its the same design.
Dies are saved for one year without re-order.)

Trademarks....The customer accepts full responsibility and costs for claims and/or litigations arising from infringement of trademarks and/or copyrights on any design furnished to us to manufacture.

Payments...... 60% of the total, when the order is placed. Balance due when shipping is ready. Visa and Master Card........Wholesale and/or Custom Pin Orders, Paid by CREDIT CARD, will have added An 8% SERVICE CHARGE, PLUS Freight and Handling.
