a) Prior Approval. It states: The use of the word "Noble"

of the Order, for commercial or other

prohibited unless specifically approved by:
(1) A majority vote of the Representatives present during the
annual session Of the
Imperial Council:
and any proposal to allow the use for such purpose shall first be
sent by a
Representative to the Imperial Recorder, in writing,
and in the form to be proposed, at
least sixty days before the
session of the Imperial Council
at which it is to be submitted: and every such proposal shall be
published with the notice
of the session: or
(2) A majority vote of the board of directors of the Imperial
Council.
(b) Exemption.
This section does not
apply to those
who
are regularly engaged in dealing in standard Shrine supplies,
uniforms,
regalia and emblems>
